Regular Registration Period (Aug 1 - Aug 31)
Companies who didn’t sign up early are able to register on HotelTechReport.com to compete in the annual awards series for a chance to win the top rated product of the year by hoteliers.
Awards Period (Sept 1 - Dec 15)
Participating companies have from September 1st – December 15st to gather client reviews on their Hotel Tech Report profiles and earn additional points in the scoring rubric to increase their chances of winning.
Winners Are Notified (Jan 1)
On December 15th data is exported from the Hotel Tech Report platform and participating companies are scored for additional contest variables to determine winners (see rubric for full details). Winners are then notified via email on Jan 1.
Public Announcement (Jan 15)
After winners are determined, Hotel Tech Report will prepare graphics, collatoral and press releases for winning vendors in preparation for the public announcement made on Jan 15th where winners are recognized on the global stage.
